At Shop Talulah, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand if something isn't quite right. We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed by our warehouse.
